Organization Excellence through Leadership Development

When leaders invest in themselves, organizations evolve

Every organization has patterns that limit its growth.

The email chains that never end.
The decisions that always escalate.
The meetings about meetings.
The talented people waiting for permission.

These aren't strategy problems. They're leadership patterns.
And they change when leaders change first.

Four domains. Four transformations. One outcome:

Courageous and authentic leadership without the heroics

1.) Logistics: Each of these 4 domains is part of a 10-week intensive. They are run as small cohorts (12 people max) with a 6:1 student to guide ratio.

2.) Corporate Sponsorship Note: These programs qualifies as executive leadership development. We provide full documentation for L&D reimbursement. Many participants expense this through their company's professional development budget.

As humans, we all stumble and lose our way.  In my life, there is a short list of people I rely on to walk me back to the path.  At the top of that list is Brent Perkins.   He operates from a place of peace and joy, while simultaneously calling out BS when he sees it.  Brent’s experience in business combined with his exploration of what it means to be human is invaluable when grappling with the complexities of modern life.  If you are a hero on a journey, I can’t think of a better guide.
