"Brent brought presence and leadership to our retreat in a way that simply blew me away. He embodies a BOLD-ness that wakes people up. He models courage, humility and awareness while operating in service of self love. There are very few humans like Brent Perkins. Engage him if you're ready to get real."
I built companies. Raised two daughters. Held it all.
Until I realized I was the problem.
I was the leader who never needed help. The father with all the answers. The "go-to" everyone could count on
What I didn't see?
My strength was creating everyone's weakness.
The need to be THE ONE nearly killed me. My marriage ended, my (physical and mental) health crashed, and my "indispensability" was finally visible as imprisonment (for everyone). Stepping back from being the hero didn’t just save my health, it made me a better father, lover and leader.
Today I play the role of Leadership Interventionist, interrupting high-performing leaders before they sacrifice everything that matters for everyone else's emergencies.
I help them see what I missed for 20 years:
Being needed isn't an achievement. It's an addiction.
What I Know Now
- Your exhaustion isn't from the work. It's from the war inside you.
- Delegation fails because you're fighting the wrong problem.
- Impactful leaders give less, trust more, and lead from surplus.
- Your genius isn’t about IQ or talent, it’s knowing when to stop.
I model this through the principles of Osmotic Leadership™ - because it all starts with being the ONE for yourself. When you are fully aligned and present, you give others permission to be the ONE for themselves, and that’s when the extraordinary happens.
My journey has included:
CEO of multiple 7&8 figure businesses, IPO launch and failure
Led teams of 50+ across global operations
2x Inc. 5000 honoree for rapid growth and innovation
Board member: Front Row Dads
Best-selling author of 'Papercuts: The Art of Self-Delusion'
